- Lead customer acquisition efforts
- Manage team staffing
- Prioritize strategic projects
- Oversee project execution
- Ensure project success and profitability
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Implement international due diligence projects
- Define transaction strategies with customers
- Specify project requirements
- Ensure smooth customer project implementation
- Develop internal know-how (Thought Leadership)
- Establish partnerships with private equity funds
- Standardize processes and templates
- Implement quality assurance for projects
- Develop new solutions
- Participate in sales and pitching activities
- Develop new AI services
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team
- Represent the company at events
- Attend trade shows and universities
- Work with People & Culture on team development
