- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Service-oriented and communicative team player with passion for work
- Fluent English and ideally German

- Advise management on commercial, tech, and data due diligence reports
- Develop buy- and sell-side transaction reports
- Conduct digital business model analyses for private equity clients
- Support equity story development for portfolio companies
- Develop digital value creation initiatives for portfolio companies
- Identify client advisory needs
- Structure business problems
- Develop solutions for clients
- Analyze AI's strategic impact on business models
- Analyze AI application fields
- Collaborate with internal digital expert teams
- Prepare client project presentations
- Lead workshops for projects
- Conduct client meetings
- Perform business analyses
- Develop processes for projects
