- Extensive professional experience in portfolio management for aviation, shipping, or rail financing
- Solid knowledge of financial markets and structured credit products
- Considerable expertise in structuring, modelling, and implementing lending transactions
- Skilled in negotiating loan documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent analytical thinking and credit risk assessment
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and actions
- Enjoyment of teamwork and dynamic work environment
- Passion for innovation and sustainable solutions
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Drive and proactively manage a portfolio of object finance transactions in transportation & logistics
- Cover additional portfolios as needed
- Execute credit modifications
- Conduct individual and portfolio reviews
- Perform rating checks
- Conduct early warning assessments and monitoring
- Interface expertly with external partners, clients, and legal advisors
- Work closely with internal stakeholders like Sector Coverage teams, Risk Management, Syndication, or Legal
- Deliver high-quality credit submissions
- Defend high-quality credit submissions
- Update financial models
- Prepare credit packs
- Conduct legal analysis
- Contribute to the management of distressed situations
- Manage watchlist cases
- Manage restructuring cases
- Steer capital velocity measures for a balanced risk-return portfolio
- Analyze industry trends and sector outlooks
- Prepare findings for presentation
- Present findings
- Contribute to local initiatives
- Contribute to global initiatives
