- Solid corporate finance and financial statement analysis capabilities
- Experience reviewing legal contracts and financial agreements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
- Willingness to travel as required
- Experience in broader PPP and infrastructure industry is a plus
- Previous rating agency experience is a plus
- Completion of CFA or MBA program is a plus
Aufgaben
- Lead project and infrastructure finance transactions
- Assess business and project risk factors
- Perform financial statement analysis
- Use financial models
- Draft rating reports and press releases
- Compile rating committee materials
- Manage relationships with issuers and bankers
- Ensure high-quality and timely research
- Assess credit worthiness of project finance and infrastructure issuers
- Maintain rating opinions
- Develop deep understanding of sector methodologies and criteria
- Lead external meetings and internal rating committees
- Support business development initiatives
- Contribute to sector methodology development
- Produce high-quality credit reports and research notes
- Develop innovative topical research
- Publish industry studies and commentaries
- Build and maintain relationships with issuers and investors
- Represent DBRS Morningstar at conferences and with media
- Respond to investor and media inquiries
- Refine research products and rating approaches
