- Interest in Artificial Intelligence
- Interest in Munich startup ecosystem
- Curiosity for emerging technologies
- Ability to build trusted relationships with founders
- Ability to spar with founders on strategic decisions
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Support founders during critical entrepreneurial phases
- Navigate key strategic decisions with teams
- Develop startup support formats
- Connect founders with ecosystem resources
- Identify promising AI startups for the portfolio
- Provide 1:1 guidance on product strategy
- Advise on market positioning and development
- Assist with fundraising and team building
- Link startups with academic and industry experts
- Facilitate connections with investor community
- Develop and implement new support offerings
- Create and maintain CRM system
- Track startup and program KPIs
- Prepare insights for team and management
- Contribute to cross-functional startup support
- Exchange with other Venture Labs
- Ensure AI integration across activities
- Conceptualize expert and community formats
- Implement high-quality formats in Munich
