Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years professional experience in manufacturing, sheet metal processing and/or electronics assembly focus
- Proven track record in value stream management, lean manufacturing, team leadership
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM)
- Understanding of manufacturing technologies/processes (sheet metal, electronics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Oversee the sheet metal, front panel, and electronics value stream.
- Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
- Develop and implement value stream strategies for business goals.
- Ensure high safety and compliance standards.
- Foster a zero-accident culture.
- Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
- Identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate action plans.
- Track progress.
- Coordinate teams to solve production issues.
- Optimize workflow.
- Implement standard methodologies.
- Manage and develop production staff and managers.
- Ensure clear communication and goal alignment.
- Provide continuous training and development.
- Support product and process development.

- Support new product introductions and process changes.
