- Manage over 150 employees across seven departments and three shifts
- Oversee production planning and delivery schedules in an ETO environment
- Determine overtime requirements to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve production problems and communicate delays to stakeholders
- Maintain annual budget targets for revenue, lead times, and costs
- Uphold and improve safety standards and product quality
- Drive high on-time delivery and minimize past-due backlogs
- Implement lean management and group-wide operational excellence programs
- Identify and optimize production processes to reduce costs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders within a matrix organization
- Foster a continuous improvement culture through daily corrective actions
