• Ensure successful implementation of IQA
• Highlight the long-term impact of IQA on operations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for project success
• Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders
• Own the customer relationship from initial contact to live operation
• Improve production processes and deliver measurable impact
• Identify how IQA can drive value based on customer pain points
• Gather customer feedback to inform product strategy
• Ensure the solution meets customer needs and market trends
