- Ensure successful implementation of IQA
- Highlight the long-term impact of IQA on operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for project success
- Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders
- Own the customer relationship from initial contact to live operation
- Improve production processes and deliver measurable impact
- Identify how IQA can drive value based on customer pain points
- Gather customer feedback to inform product strategy
- Ensure the solution meets customer needs and market trends
