- Embed IQA into customers' day-to-day operations
- Collaborate across teams to maximize customer impact
- Take end-to-end ownership of project objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- Manage the entire customer journey from pilot to roll-out
- Improve production processes through data-driven insights
- Identify value drivers using lean manufacturing expertise
- Address specific customer pain points with technical solutions
- Gather customer feedback to shape product strategy
- Align the solution with market trends and requirements
