- Prepare keys in Phrase and Jira tickets for translation requests
- Shape existing AI workflows and processes
- Experiment with additional ways to increase efficiency and quality
- Advocate for and integrate accessibility best practices into all writing
- Contribute a copy perspective to design sprints, kickoffs, and team stand-ups
