Aufgaben
- Partner with product teams to define research goals
- Scope research and set success criteria
- Reduce product risks around value, usability, feasibility, and viability
- Plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, and surveys
- Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
- Create clear themes, insights, and implications
- Connect user needs, product constraints, and business context
- Develop high-quality research assets
- Improve shared templates and ways of working
- Facilitate research readouts and collaborative workshops
- Align teams on research findings and implications
- Support prioritization of the research roadmap
- Balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and commercial considerations
- Maintain a central research repository
- Curate insights, evidence, and learnings
- Conduct competitive research and benchmarking
- Inform product strategy, positioning, and market fit
- Contribute to UX artifacts
- Update personas, journey maps, and problem statements
