- Create scalable self-service analytical solutions
- Free up team capacity for complex challenges
- Pioneer AI discovery
- Own and shape business-critical analytical initiatives
- Define your domain's long-term analytical vision
- Proactively identify and solve business needs
- Guide the team's strategic transition
- Shift focus to proactive, high-impact analysis
- Champion scalable self-service solutions
- Empower the product organization with data
- Be accountable for output quality and impact
- Uphold standards for experimentation and rigor
- Ensure data models and dashboards are robust
- Manage strategic stakeholders end-to-end
- Ensure insights translate into action
- Guide the team in improving analytics stack
- Own and improve experimentation, reporting, and models
- Ensure tracking, instrumentation, and data quality
