- Understanding of usability engineering, ergonomics, and human-centred design
- Awareness of norms, standards, and machine design regulations
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management confidence
- Strong proficiency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Define and prioritize UX requirements for hardware and software systems
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers
- Embed ergonomics and accessibility from concept to series production
- Track and communicate UX progress and risks during reviews
- Provide UX input for stage-gate and development decisions
- Lead customer research through site visits and usability testing
- Translate research insights into validated design concepts
- Analyze how UX decisions impact customer value and business outcomes
- Co-design manufacturable solutions to close usability gaps
- Ensure UX solutions are robust and regulatory compliant
- Contribute to shared standards and UX governance
- Establish a unified UX design language across all touchpoints
