Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Engineering Design or related field
- 3-5 years professional experience as product or industrial designer or comparable role
- High creativity, strong style sense, empathy, user-centered design passion
- Enthusiasm for innovative solutions, interest in new technologies and trends, manufacturing processes and materials knowledge
- Experience with ergonomics and HMI principles
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Strong visualization skills, ability to bring ideas to life, communicate with stakeholders
- Excellent proficiency in CAD software, Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office
- Fluent in German and English
Aufgaben
- Develop innovative design concepts for systems and environments
- Enhance functionality, usability, and aesthetics
- Apply ergonomics and user-centered principles
- Ensure intuitive and safe human interaction
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Stay current with robotics, materials, and manufacturing trends
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers
- Refine designs for feasibility and alignment with vision
- Develop prototypes using CAD software and 3D printing
- Validate and iterate design concepts
- Oversee projects from concept to production
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Create detailed design documentation and specifications
- Generate design visualizations
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders
- Gather feedback and iterate on designs
