- Manage participant recruitment and compliance
- Synthesize findings into clear deliverables
- Engage stakeholders to drive user-centered culture
- Create rigorous and repeatable research protocols
- Build a scalable user knowledge repository
- Enable research at scale across squads
- Act as a strategic partner for Product and Design
