- Follow SAP guidelines and best practices
- Support and contribute to user assistance goals
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI
- Share and receive constructive feedback with peers
- Plan, design, develop, and edit user assistance deliverables
- Create documentation, user interface text, in-app help, and enablement materials
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts
- Participate in customer engagement activities to understand user needs
- Acquire, analyze, and organize source information
- Ensure content quality and consistency through proofreading and editing
- Conduct usability testing
- Comply with localization and accessibility requirements
- Manage assigned sub-projects
- Track deliverables and milestones
- Provide regular status updates to management or project leads
- Contribute to cross-functional projects
- Share industry knowledge on user assistance tools, trends, and emerging technologies
