- Demonstrated security expertise, meeting modern security and compliance standards
- Proven track record as full-stack developer with many years of software engineering experience
- Excellent mentoring and coaching abilities, collaborative mindset, clear communication, and technical guidance
- Target-oriented working style balancing technical understanding with business priorities, focusing on customer value
- Structured, organized approach to work, ability to plan and prioritize tasks
- Strong commitment to continuous learning in AI and software engineering technologies
