In this role, you will oversee global transport operations, ensuring that logistics providers meet performance standards while translating customer needs into effective solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing complex logistics challenges and representing the business in key projects.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
• •3 - 5+ years of experience in transportation management, freight forwarding, or logistics procurement
• •Proven track record in managing external service providers (3PL/4PL) and strong negotiation skills
• •Deep understanding of air, ocean, road, and courier transport modes, including handling of dangerous goods and customs procedures
• •Governance mindset for root cause analysis
• •Fluency in English and German (negotiating level)
• •Calm under pressure and customer-obsessed
• •Relationship builder between operational logistics and commercial business needs
• •Strong conflict resolution skills and accountability with vendors
• •Comfortable collaborating across different time zones and cultures
• •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

• •Manage and monitor global transport service providers
• •Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure adherence to SLAs
• •Oversee the execution of shipments with a focus on governance
• •Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
• •Act as the primary transport partner for internal teams
• •Translate customer needs into effective logistics solutions
• •Serve as the subject matter expert for complex logistics challenges
• •Coordinate specialized logistics for AOG and critical project cargo
• •Represent the business perspective in cross-functional projects
