As a Trainer & Quality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing warehouse team skills and ensuring smooth operations. Daily activities will involve delivering training, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating on process improvements.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience
• •Some experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL environment
• •Basic understanding of logistics processes
• •Interest or initial experience in training, quality, or auditing activities
• •Good communication and presentation skills
• •Familiarity with WMS systems
• •Curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to learn
• •Certifications such as Train-the-Trainer, ISO Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma
• •Experience with MHE (forklifts, reach trucks) or safety training
• •Experience working with customer KPIs or SLA monitoring

Aufgaben

• •Deliver onboarding and basic operational training
• •Create and update training materials
• •Maintain training records and certifications
• •Support refresher training and coaching
• •Provide feedback on training effectiveness
• •Assist in monitoring quality standards
• •Participate in internal checks on warehouse activities
• •Support investigations of quality issues
• •Track key quality indicators
• •Ensure SOPs are updated and followed
• •Support safety training and compliance
• •Promote safe work habits with the HSE team
• •Identify improvement opportunities in operations
• •Participate in customer meetings and discussions
• •Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow
• •Support new project launches and process changes
