- Certifications such as Train-the-Trainer, ISO Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma
- Experience with MHE (forklifts, reach trucks) or safety training
- Experience working with customer KPIs or SLA monitoring
Aufgaben
- Deliver onboarding and basic operational training
- Create and update training materials
- Maintain training records and certifications
- Support refresher training and coaching
- Provide feedback on training effectiveness
- Assist in monitoring quality standards
- Participate in internal checks on warehouse activities
- Support investigations of quality issues
- Track key quality indicators
- Ensure SOPs are updated and followed
- Support safety training and compliance
- Promote safe work habits with the HSE team
- Identify improvement opportunities in operations
- Participate in customer meetings and discussions
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow
- Support new project launches and process changes
