As a Trading Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting traders and portfolio managers by managing trade processes and ensuring accurate reconciliations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with technology and compliance teams to streamline operations and enhance communication.

Anforderungen

• •Proven hands-on experience of at least five years in an operations team
• •Personal hands-on experience in operations procedures
• •Experience in trade settlement, position and PnL reconciliations
• •Experience in trade capture and booking amendments in a well-known OMS
• •Experience in trade control, settlements, confirmations and regulatory reporting
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• •Willingness to relocate to Switzerland (Zurich / Zug area)
• •Hands-on experience in OTC Derivatives, IRS, Futures CDS/CDX, FX forwards, and cash equities
• •Experience in collateral management (margin and cash)
• •Experience with corporate actions in cash equities

Aufgaben

• •Support portfolio managers and execution traders
• •Capture trades and perform reconciliations
• •Resolve position and trade-related queries
• •Generate ad-hoc reports
• •Manage settlements, compressions, collapses, and corporate actions
• •Oversee daily positions and cash reconciliation complexities
• •Ensure information consistency in OMS for reliable mark-to-market PnL
• •Collaborate with the technology team to enhance workflow and reporting automation
• •Work with the compliance team on automated order filtering and exception management
• •Manage treasury activities, including collateral and cash-equivalent management
• •Facilitate pricing and valuation review flow to improve communication
