- Ensure execution and escalation of transaction monitoring
- Understand customer needs for comprehensive trade finance advice
- Develop sales rates and acquire new mandates
- Create and implement tailored specialist workshops
- Oversee successful transaction processing with the Center of Excellence
- Coordinate with the Processing Center in India for operational execution
- Ensure compliance with non-financial risk controls
- Identify opportunities for improvement in transaction processing
