Aufgaben
- Design TOS solutions for operational process needs
- Direct implementation of new TOS versions, upgrades, and standardizations
- Manage implementation issues and risks
- Resolve generic and specific business TOS problems
- Communicate TOS functionality changes to the terminal
- Document process changes related to TOS
- Align requirements generated from TOS upgrades
- Identify opportunities to standardize TOS configurations
- Support terminal adoption of new standard configurations
- Assess and support TOS configurations, maintenance, and future releases
- Assess and support TOS modules and interfaces
- Engage proactively with the user community
- Lead diagnostic procedures for simple TOS problems
- Escalate complex TOS issues appropriately
- Assess and guide Support Teams in OT&A and Tech
- Provide inputs to other application portfolios
- Contribute to project delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Share knowledge to prepare successors and colleagues
- Support development of tools for performance trend analysis
- Support development of analysis for continuous improvement
