Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automation or related
- Qualifications in Automation or related disciplines advantageous
- Proven experience in container terminal operations
- Proven experience in port automation
- Proven experience in industrial automation deployment
- Experience in complex project environments
- Strong technical expertise in PLC programming (Siemens S7-300/1200/1500)
- Strong technical expertise in SCADA systems (WinCC, Ignition)
- Strong technical expertise in motion control systems
- Strong technical expertise in industrial communication protocols
- Strong technical expertise in TOS, ECS, OPC UA, APIs, middleware, 5G, cybersecurity
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities
- Experience coordinating automation, IT, mechanical, civil, operational workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Strong project delivery skills
- Strong change management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
- German language preferred
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end deployment of Autonomous Straddle Carrier (AutoSC) solutions
- Prepare site for AutoSC installation and commissioning
- Coordinate activities with operations, maintenance, OT vendors, IT teams, and project stakeholders
- Integrate AutoSC solutions with terminal assets and systems
- Manage automation technologies including PLCs, Remote I/O, safety systems, sensors, positioning systems, communications infrastructure, and vehicle control systems
- Support deployment planning, risk management, testing, and validation
- Ensure technical deliverables meet project requirements and acceptance criteria
- Provide technical guidance during deployment
- Transfer knowledge to terminal personnel
- Monitor and escalate technical risks
- Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment methodologies and automation practices
