Aufgaben
- Troubleshoot issues and support teams and customers
- Track issues until resolution
- Manage incident and problem management
- Handle support requests and assist in troubleshooting
- Receive and comply with service levels for incoming contacts
- Record and document incoming incidents in service management tools
- Investigate and resolve problems using diagnostic data
- Route and track tickets in service management and development tooling
- Prepare and deliver reports to customers and service management
- Identify and manage recurring incidents
- Communicate with customers and service management on problem management
- Determine and implement measures to prevent recurring problems
- Provide customer and service management feedback to project management
- Use networking tools like tcpdump and wireshark
- Work with Kibana and Elastic Search
- Support Windows and Linux environments
- Handle web applications with REST API
- Utilize SAAS platform and its processes
- Manage Jira and Confluence
- Use MS Office applications
