Anforderungen
- Completed degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or comparable discipline
- At least 3 years experience in physical testing in autonomous vehicles or driver assistance systems
- Class B driving license
- Understanding of requirements for autonomous driving functions, including sensor technology, actuation, and environmental modeling
- Familiarity with vehicle bus systems (e.g., CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet) and application in testing environments
- Knowledge of current standards, such as SOTIF and ISO 26262, and compliance with functional safety requirements
- Hands-on experience in creating and executing structured test strategies for vehicle validation
- Proficiency in using industry-standard tools such as Canoe, Codebeamer, Jira, and Confluence
- Analytical and structured mindset in complex validation processes
- Team spirit and strong communication skills for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
- Willingness to participate in on-site testing at proving grounds
- Good proficiency in German and English, written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Conduct physical validation of autonomous driving functions
- Create and maintain test cases for comprehensive validation coverage
- Derive and formulate test cases based on SOTIF requirements
- Plan and coordinate testing activities on proving grounds
- Analyze and evaluate test results to identify optimization potential
- Document and report issues to suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement test strategies for feature and DevDrop testing
- Plan and execute test robotics solutions and generate realistic test scenarios
- Support weekly test operations at the MTT facility in Munich
