Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable technical discipline
- At least five years of professional experience in aerospace or defence industry
- Strong knowledge of RTCA DO-160 and hands-on environmental qualification testing experience
- Experience developing test plans, defining test procedures, and documenting compliance for airborne systems
- Familiarity with EASA, FAA, or military aerospace certification and regulatory processes
- Practical experience with DOORS and Microsoft Office suite
- Independent, structured work with ownership in challenging projects
- Fluent English communication (minimum C1 level)
- Willingness to meet project-specific security and confidentiality requirements and undergo security clearance
Aufgaben
- Define and review DO-160 compliant test procedures for airborne systems
- Develop comprehensive environmental qualification test plans
- Plan, coordinate, and support qualification and compliance testing
- Prepare test reports, compliance matrices, and certification evidence
- Ensure full traceability of requirements, test results, and deviations within DOORS
- Coordinate suppliers, test laboratories, and certification teams
- Support internal and external audits
- Demonstrate compliance to customers and regulatory authorities
