Anforderungen
- University degree in Electrical/Software/Aerospace/Electrotechnical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in Qualification/Certification of Software/Complex Electronic Hardware
- Experience in Quality within Development/Design environments
- Experience with A/C development standards (e.g. DO-178, DO-278, DO-254, DO-330,…)
- Experience with Aircraft and Eurofighter, Tornado or other Weapon Systems welcomed
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
Aufgaben
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance requirements and processes for avionics systems, software, and hardware
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., DO-178, DO-254, AQAPs)
- Prepare Quality Plans and related reports to demonstrate compliance
- Monitor, control, and develop internal and external suppliers
- Ensure supplier fulfillment and adherence to customer requirements and applicable processes
- Identify quality issues during development and in-service phases
- Analyze root causes of quality issues
- Define mitigation, prevention, and correction actions for quality issues
- Ensure effective closure of quality issues
- Prepare required documentation for quality issue closure
- Report on quality issue activities
- Prepare discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Release products, test equipment, and quality-related documentation
- Provide guidance and training on standards, quality assurance, and best practices
