As a Territory Manager, you will engage with dental practices and pharmacies to ensure strong relationships while promoting the brands. This role involves effectively managing your territory, achieving sales goals, and providing valuable training to staff.

Anforderungen

• •Completed training in commercial/dental or pharmaceutical field (PTA, ZMP, etc.)
• •Completed pharmaceutical representative training (§75)
• •2-3 years of experience in field sales in consumer goods, cosmetics, OTC in Germany
• •Enjoyment of active sales and working with challenging goals
• •Strong teamwork skills and persuasive negotiation skills based on facts and arguments
• •Fluent German in spoken and written form and good English skills
• •Experience with Google Suite and knowledge of CRM systems

Aufgaben

• •Manage relationships with existing dental practices and pharmacies
• •Oversee territory management to ensure optimal customer coverage
• •Build and maintain market position through brand image development
• •Achieve budgeted sales targets and referral rates
• •Advise and support practice and pharmacy staff in selling products
• •Conduct training and educational sessions for staff
• •Represent the company at trade shows and conferences
