Technical Support Engineer(m/w/x)
In this role, you will deliver technical support to both internal and external customers, ensuring a high-quality experience that fosters customer satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks will involve troubleshooting hardware issues, analyzing UPS systems, and collaborating with various teams to drive product improvements.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or higher study degree
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English (B2 or higher) and Italian
- Knowledge of any other European language
- Ability to write technical documents, reports, and procedures for field support
- Familiarity with MS Office package
- Organizational and methodical skills, technical proficiency, and effective interpersonal skills
- Willingness to engage directly with clients and teams worldwide
Aufgaben
- Provide hardware support via ticketing system, phone, or email
- Support partners and subsidiaries through the 24x7 Diagnostic Centre
- Conduct complex analysis of UPS systems and document findings
- Travel to customers, partners, and ABB subsidiaries for support
- Audit service operations and enhance local team competencies
- Collaborate with Quality and R&D departments to resolve product issues
- Deliver training on UPS products for customers and service engineers
