- Foster strong customer relationships with sales teams
- Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
- Develop account strategies for key customers
- Provide market intelligence on FCD product portfolio
- Serve as a subject matter expert for product selection
- Coordinate with engineering on engineered-to-order design solutions
- Align global product leadership with customer needs for diversification
- Support new product introductions and raise application awareness
- Assist in resolving commercial and technical issues
- Help develop targeted account plans
- Update account plans and opportunities in the CRM system
- Identify and escalate potential issues affecting customer relationships
