Anforderungen

  • Technical curiosity and competence in Regal Rexnord Clutches & Brakes products
  • Sales and/or Marketing experience in B2B solutions-selling environment
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing or Clutches and Brakes industry
  • BA/BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and BI Tools
  • Passion for Continuous Improvement through 80/20 principles
  • Ability to make effective digital presentations
  • Fluency in English and any other European language is a plus
  • Travel up to 20% required
  • Ability to navigate Regal Rexnord matrix organization
  • Understanding and implementing strategies for profitable growth
  • Customer-centric approach to understanding business needs

Aufgaben

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts
  • Utilize digital business tools to drive sales results
  • Execute disciplined selling processes using virtual selling tools
  • Plan accounts purposefully and manage time and territory effectively
  • Manage sales funnel opportunities and demonstrate CRM proficiency
  • Provide training and facilitate communication between customers and Regal Rexnord
  • Maximize new business and cross-selling opportunities using BU Playbooks
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Teams to enhance sales and customer support
  • Assess and validate channel partner needs continuously
  • Drive adoption of company programs among channel partners
  • Educate end users and distributors on Regal Rexnord product value
  • Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and orders following standard procedures
  • Utilize SAP for managing customer interactions across EMEA C&B sites
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver tailored solutions
  • Coordinate with internal partners to resolve customer-impacting issues
  • Handle customer inquiries with expertise in Clutches and Brakes
