Automating production with Vention's MAP platform for manufacturing clients. Sales proficiency in discovery calls and technical aptitude with production environments required. One day WFH weekly, two remote weeks annually.
Anforderungen
- Sales proficiency in Discovery Calls, qualification frameworks (MEDDIC or BANT), and closing techniques
- Technical aptitude with production environments and understanding of mechanical/electrical automation
- Collaboration navigating sales/engineering hand-off for viable customer solutions
- Accountability with consistent CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and quota-carrying mindset
- Builder/operator combining strategy with hands-on execution, scaling fast while maintaining excellence
Aufgaben
- Consult with customers to find optimal automation solutions
- Listen deeply to understand customer needs
- Solve customer problems
- Qualify inbound leads
- Hunt outbound targets
- Close deals
- Forecast future revenue
- Use Vention's MachineBuilder tool
- Collaborate with Application Engineers
- Turn concepts into simulated machine designs
- Provide field feedback to leadership
- Help refine sales strategies
- Ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met
