Technical Sales Manager(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Bachelors in biology, genomics, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales or channel management experience
• Fluency in both German and English
• Previous molecular biology lab experience
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales objectives for single cell RNA sequencing products
• Develop new business and manage current customer accounts
• Create and execute a sales strategy for academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical accounts
• Collaborate with Field Application Scientists and team members
• Generate and manage high volume and complex sales
• Ensure customer satisfaction and rapid experimental progress
• Develop and maintain repeat business while fostering strong relationships
• Prospect effectively to build immediate, medium, and long-term sales pipelines
• Negotiate and close deals while minimizing discounting
• Communicate technical advantages to customers
• Develop quarterly and yearly business plans with strategic and tactical activities
• Prioritize and qualify inbound leads
• Provide management with insights on competition, market trends, and customer feedback
• Manage sales funnel with high accuracy
• Leverage Field Application Scientists' expertise to support customers and drive sales
• Utilize prospecting specialists to maximize customer meetings and drive new sales
• Use CRM to manage and track deals
• Continue developing technical knowledge in single cell research
• Forecast projected sales in your territory
