- •Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales or channel management experience
- •Fluency in both German and English
- •Previous molecular biology lab experience
- •Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- •Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

- •Ensure customer satisfaction and rapid experimental progress
- •Develop and maintain repeat business while fostering strong relationships
- •Prospect effectively to build immediate, medium, and long-term sales pipelines
- •Negotiate and close deals while minimizing discounting
- •Communicate technical advantages to customers
- •Develop quarterly and yearly business plans with strategic and tactical activities
- •Prioritize and qualify inbound leads
- •Provide management with insights on competition, market trends, and customer feedback
- •Manage sales funnel with high accuracy
- •Leverage Field Application Scientists' expertise to support customers and drive sales
- •Utilize prospecting specialists to maximize customer meetings and drive new sales
- •Use CRM to manage and track deals
- •Continue developing technical knowledge in single cell research
- •Forecast projected sales in your territory
