Technical Sales Manager - Food Solutions(m/w/x)
Regional sales of food blended solutions from sites in Italy, Austria, Poland. 5 years technical sales in food systems required; MBA a plus. Mobile working option.
Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in food technology or food science; MBA in Business, Management, or Economics is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or development within food systems or specialty ingredients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking and operational task management
- Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making
- Comfortable using Microsoft tools, Business Explorer, Qlik, Salesforce, SAP, and CRM/C4C
- Experience working with and advising different stakeholders
- Good project management experience and handling service providers
- Creativity and self-motivation in delivering communication products
- Ability to communicate complex issues effectively
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel across the DACH region
Aufgaben
- Deliver gross profit sales aligned with the growth strategy
- Promote value-added services of food blended solutions
- Drive regional sales of products from Brenntag sites in Italy, Austria, and Poland
- Build and manage a strong project pipeline for regional growth
- Lead pricing and contract negotiations for first closings
- Identify new prospects and conduct development trials at customer sites
- Execute sales campaigns and respond to digital marketing initiatives
- Represent Brenntag at trade shows and monitor customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, R&D, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Sales
