Anforderungen
- •Experience in food ingredients business
- •Structured approach to customers
- •Degree in Economy, Business, Food Technology, or Food Engineering
- •Fluent in German and English, third language beneficial
- •2-3 years of working experience in Food Ingredients & Flavors
- •Experience with the German Food/Flavor market
- •Demonstrated business and commercial acumen
- •Well-developed selling and account management skills
- •Well-developed negotiation skills
- •Proven project management skills
- •Positive attitude, self-motivated, persistent
- •Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- •Team player with a can-do mentality

- •Develop solutions for customer-driven projects
- •Identify and evaluate new market trends and opportunities
- •Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers

- •Prepare sales forecasts and monitor sales volume and revenue
