Technical Sales Engineer - Energy Storage Systems(m/w/x)
Technical sales support for Delta's IoT-based smart energy solutions, including EV charging and renewable energy. 3-5 years of Energy Storage Systems experience required. Collaboration with sales on technical proposals and RFPs.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, power system engineering, or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience with Energy Storage Systems
- Excellent technical knowledge of Energy Storage Systems and system integration
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
- Installation experience/certificate in 1000VAC and 1500VDC (advantageous)
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to specify customer requirements to business development, solution management, and development teams
- Self-management of daily tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
- Customer focus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Holding a driving license

- Negotiate terms and conditions from a technical perspective
- Provide technical simulations to demonstrate capabilities
- Support customer relationship management and drive deal closure
- Build deep technical value as a trusted advisor
- Bridge customer technical requirements with solution management
- Conduct site surveys with technical team and partners
- Monitor local grid codes, legislation, and market trends
- Identify new market opportunities
