- Prepare records and documents for product presentations
- Conduct training sessions for new products and services
- Support sales team in organizing product demonstrations
- Coordinate with sales and marketing for application system design
- Formulate product specifications based on customer needs
- Collaborate with project management for health care and home energy applications
- Provide capacitive resolution for installed applications
- Assist customers in maintaining engineering applications
- Evaluate customer requirements for system applications
- Administer technical, technological, and functional aspects of proposals
