- Assist in managing company products and sales requests

- Analyze and resolve technological issues in installed systems
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams for accurate information
- Translate brochures and manuals
- Prepare technical elements of proposals
- Formulate technical solution guidelines for sales support
- Troubleshoot system applications on customer request
- Resolve engineering issues and conduct customer follow-ups
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare records and documents for product presentations
- Conduct training sessions for new products and services
- Support sales team in organizing product demonstrations
- Coordinate with sales and marketing for application system design
- Formulate product specifications based on customer needs
- Collaborate with project management for health care and home energy applications
- Provide capacitive resolution for installed applications
- Assist customers in maintaining engineering applications
- Evaluate customer requirements for system applications
- Administer technical, technological, and functional aspects of proposals
