• •Drive European defence R&D projects from kickoff to final acceptance
• •Manage project scope, milestones, budget, and quality
• •Coordinate dependencies and critical paths across teams and partners
• •Establish predictable project plans, decision logs, and change controls
• •Facilitate meetings focused on clear decisions and rigorous follow-through
• •Represent the company in customer and consortium meetings
• •Communicate technical risks and trade-offs to manage expectations
• •Align engineering and product teams to deliver integrated milestones
• •Unblock teams by driving fast decisions and removing ambiguity
• •Design repeatable governance frameworks for concurrent projects
• •Develop templates and playbooks to improve company-wide execution
