- Team-oriented and structured working style
- Ability to drive alignment and collaboration across distributed teams
- Structured approach to follow up and ensure task completion while maintaining positive relationships
- Very good German and English skills (fluent) is a must
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus
- 3–6 years in technical project coordination or engineering tracking roles
- Experience with task tracking, change management, and status reporting
- Hands-on with tools like Excel, Jira, Smartsheet, or dashboards
- Exposure to cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, operations)
- Understanding of project lifecycle and engineering workflows
- Fluent in German and English
