- Experience delivering CCaaS, UCaaS, or CX platforms
- Ability to work across diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in project planning and collaboration tools
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Track record managing concurrent global projects
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience delivering AI/ML or Agentic AI solutions
- Background in professional services or consulting
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and cloud infra
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent
- Experience with partner co-delivery ecosystems
Aufgaben
- Lead medium to high complexity Agentic AI deployments
- Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from scoping to hypercare
- Own project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
- Lead the delivery pod consisting of engineers and architects
- Select Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies based on risk
- Drive project planning, work breakdown, and resource allocations
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and change logs
- Act as primary contact for customer sponsors and IT stakeholders
- Facilitate status calls, steering committees, and go-live reviews
- Translate technical complexity into business impacts for executives
- Manage scope and commercial impacts of change requests
- Coordinate integration readiness and production stability with engineers
- Collaborate with architects on agent design and prompt strategy
- Partner with Sales and Product teams for seamless handoffs
- Manage co-delivery responsibilities and escalations with external partners
- Facilitate sprints, retrospectives, and stage-gate reviews
- Enforce standards for design docs, runbooks, and handover documentation
- Incorporate security reviews and data governance into plans
- Define and track deployment KPIs and milestone rates
- Monitor defect and incident trends during QA and hypercare
- Report delivery status and mitigation plans to stakeholders
- Contribute data to capacity and utilization models
