- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed and independent working style
- Analytical and structured approach
- German and English, both fluent in speaking and writing
Aufgaben
- Manage international and multifunctional development teams remotely
- Develop project and customer strategies considering the entire customer journey
- Analyze and validate customer needs through workshops and planning
- Plan and execute project kick-off meetings
- Define and coordinate project goals and success criteria
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Perform administrative duties including documentation and KPI reporting
- Apply classic and agile project management methods
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate proactively with all personnel to encourage collaboration and problem-solving
