Aufgaben
- Translate regulatory requirements into technical concepts and delivery requirements.
- Break down compliance needs into user stories with criteria.
- Lead discovery and grooming sessions with stakeholders.
- Coordinate delivery across teams and departments.
- Align teams on scope, priorities, and timelines.
- Oversee and monitor implementation of compliance solutions.
- Ensure alignment with signed-off interpretations.
- Define and perform regulatory monitoring across jurisdictions.
- Escalate regulatory issues as required.
- Proactively identify compliance gaps.
- Identify implementation drift in live environments.
- Identify control weaknesses in live environments.
- Lead and support compliance investigations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for investigations.
- Perform impact assessments for investigations.
- Define solutions for compliance issues.
- Support QA and validation activities pre and post-release.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Ensure changes, fixes, and features avoid regulatory risk.
- Embed compliance testing into development and release processes.
- Maintain clear documentation.
- Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
