Aufgaben
- Design and implement internal control frameworks for subsidiaries
- Develop standardized governance tools, templates, and processes
- Support subsidiaries in adopting and operationalizing frameworks
- Build subsidiary capability to sustain frameworks autonomously
- Conduct risk-based governance reviews across subsidiaries
- Identify control gaps and governance weaknesses
- Provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Support establishment and improvement of incident and breach frameworks
- Contribute to developing and maintaining Group governance standards
- Collaborate to embed governance expectations in operational processes
- Develop governance reporting for transparent control insights
- Document processes, frameworks, and learnings
- Prepare a comprehensive handover package
