- Experience supporting trade shows, workshops, conferences, customer events, or field marketing activities
- Willingness to travel for events, workshops, and customer meetings
- Comfortable working with technical products, diagrams, product information, and B2B value propositions
- Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Webflow, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail, good organization, and ability to work across international teams

- Support local marketing execution
- Create clear, polished, visually strong materials
- Assist Commercial Marketing Lead and Canadian headquarters
- Execute broader marketing plan in Germany
- Design and produce marketing assets
- Translate complex technical topics to German
- Support German trade shows and events
- Prepare materials for workshops and conferences
- Provide on-site support at events
- Follow up with post-event content
- Maintain German marketing templates
- Update sales decks and product materials
- Manage event assets and content libraries
