Anforderungen
- Proven track record in B2B Digital Marketing (ideally in MedTech)
- Solid understanding of CRM
- Solid understanding of CMS
- Solid understanding of approval processes
- Solid understanding of Analytics across customer lifecycle in regulated B2B environment
- 4+ years experience in Digital Marketing in B2B Industry (ideally in healthcare or regulated industry)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, digital Marketing or related field
- Proven track record working on omnichannel campaigns
- Experience working in a Matrix organization
- First-hand experience with SFDC or CRM equivalent
- First-hand experience with LinkedIn (ideally LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Experience with Analytics (SFDC, Power BI, Google Analytics)
- Experience with CMS and AEM (a plus)
- Experience with Veeva Vault, Showpad, Buy Smart (a plus)
- Native German-speaking
- Business-fluent English
- Proficiency on Gen AI
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Teamwork ability
- Excellent written communication skills for digital content
- Mastery of Microsoft Suite (especially PowerPoint & Excel)

Aufgaben
- Support, adapt, and execute local corporate marketing strategies.
- Execute omnichannel marketing activities.
- Coordinate marketing asset creation, adaptation, translation, and approval.
- Support strategic and key customer campaigns.
- Maintain corporate assets like decks, videos, and boilerplates.
- Manage internal and external asset repositories.
- Curate and refresh bd.com for GSA.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and compliant execution.
- Maintain efficient communication within the BD Matrix.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance.
- Measure campaign performance with Salesforce.com and Power BI.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Localize and deploy ESG-related marketing assets.
- Integrate sustainability topics into campaigns.
- Integrate sustainability topics into key account activities.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support.
