- Hands-on experience building AI-native applications
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures
- Experience with LLM observability and evaluation frameworks
- Proven ability to optimize RAG pipelines
- Familiarity with building multi-agent workflows
- Experience building internal SDKs or libraries
Aufgaben
- Write high-stakes code for backend services
- Lead the implementation of scalable AI-native applications
- Solve complex architectural problems across multiple teams
- Collaborate with PMs and ML engineers to develop production-grade services
- Manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle from data retrieval to monitoring
- Design and build complex conversational states and communication protocols
- Set the standard for AI development and influence technical direction
