Aufgaben

- Develop complex processes, focusing on Manufacturing Readiness Level.
- Improve process KPIs, such as process stability.
- Coordinate activities and timelines with internal departments.
- Coordinate activities and timelines with external partners.
- Support production teams with complex cleaning and joining challenges.
- Identify suitable business partners.
- Build a network of internal and external experts.
- Define requirements to standardize new manufacturing technologies.
- Conduct market studies.
- Identify new processing techniques and optimization potentials.
- Contribute to the creation of roadmaps.
- Develop ideas for future market needs.
- Implement new innovations and concepts.
- Share acquired knowledge and experience.
- Derive process and product best practices.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements.
