Anforderungen

  • Practical experience in design of industrial cleaning systems and bonding processes
  • Commitment to identifying and implementing continuous improvements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Hands-on mentality and results-oriented approach
  • Organizational and strong communication skills
  • Openness to new ideas and innovation

Aufgaben

  • Serve as TE-wide contact for cleaning and joining processes.
  • Develop complex processes, focusing on Manufacturing Readiness Level.
  • Improve process KPIs, such as process stability.
  • Coordinate activities and timelines with internal departments.
  • Coordinate activities and timelines with external partners.
  • Support production teams with complex cleaning and joining challenges.
  • Identify suitable business partners.
  • Build a network of internal and external experts.
  • Define requirements to standardize new manufacturing technologies.
  • Conduct market studies.
  • Identify new processing techniques and optimization potentials.
  • Contribute to the creation of roadmaps.
  • Develop ideas for future market needs.
  • Implement new innovations and concepts.
  • Share acquired knowledge and experience.
  • Derive process and product best practices.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements.
