- Long-term practice in planning, procurement, commissioning of automated production facilities and assembly lines
- Demonstrated success in managing complex investment projects; certifications (PMP, IPMA, Prince2, Scrum) an advantage
- Ability to translate complex technical facts into strategic decisions and optimize processes (Lean Management / Six Sigma)
- Business-fluent English
- Excellent communication skills

- Lead the global Technical Project Leads unit.
- Lead realization of complex production facilities.
- Manage project technological direction.
- Ensure project operational excellence.
- Interface with engineering, process development, and production.
- Ensure budget requirements are met.
- Meet product quality standards.
- Achieve output and yield targets.
- Optimize cycle time and machine availability.
- Lead and develop technical project managers.
- Foster team talent.
- Plan resources for parallel projects.

- Oversee facility construction and realization.

- Conduct technical negotiations.
- Ensure strict adherence to specifications.
- Maintain strict quality standards.
- Oversee production ramp-up.

- Monitor project budgets (CAPEX), timelines, and risks.
- Report project status and KPIs to senior management.
- Liaise with R&D, Quality, Production, Purchasing.
