Aufgaben
- Lead or support small investment projects
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate stakeholders and technical interfaces
- Support the R&D CTM Team with projects
- Deliver end-to-end capital projects up to €5M
- Manage project initiation, feasibility, and design
- Execute project construction, C&Q, and handover
- Report monthly on safety, cost, and resource KPIs
- Adhere to Sanofi and regulatory compliance standards
- Follow construction safety GMRs and Planet Care standards
- Comply with GMP and FDA regulations
- Foster a safety-first and quality-always culture
- Implement SMS 2.0 and TRT ways of working
- Lead and support contractor and supplier management
