- Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects and programs
- Manage strategic projects from feasibility to commissioning, qualification, and validation
- Build a robust project organization with local and global expertise
- Oversee Tier 1 projects exceeding 15 M€ across EMEA sites
- Manage the construction of a new microbiological laboratory at the Insulin Campus in Frankfurt
- Identify appropriate staffing with the Site Engineering Head
- Implement and validate HSE and quality standards before execution
- Define contract models for all key project phases
- Collaborate with global functions and sites to optimize project solutions
- Implement project controls and end-to-end planning with SOPs
- Leverage global engineering expertise for successful project delivery
- Ensure alignment and governance with site leadership for effective decision-making
- Anticipate and communicate project risks across the site
- Create and track action plans to manage project risks
- Assist site teams during PQ and validation activities before handover
- Conduct risk analysis and FMEA for critical assets during the project
- Ensure asset reliability and maintainability by design
- Design projects to minimize CO2 emissions and energy use
- Meet sustainability targets for planet care
